Online Meditation - Restoring your Circadian Rhythm



An important meditation for these changing times.

We are in a time of, not only transition, but also of flux. We don't know from one week to the next what will be expected of us, what we are allowed to do and who we are allowed to see. and that can be unsettling.

This session will hep us relax, release any anxiety about the changes and identify what our priorities are and how to fully embrace our own needs first. It can be a challenge to put ourselves first when there is so much need in the world, but there is a reason we fill our own cup before pouring for others.

We will start with introductions (if you want to) and then a short guided meditation to set the energy and then we will do a longer guided meditation focusing on allowing for a return to us. The we will talk about what we want to achieve and how that might feel before heading into a longer guided meditation.

Join me for some sharing in a supportive and friendly group.

This class will be hosted on zoom and details will be sent to you on booking - please make sure you have downloaded zoom before the event to ensure you can gain access. You do not need to join with video if you prefer no to.
