Carrying on with the online meditations I have been called to do this one.
Have you found yourself, during lockdown, eating at strange times, napping in the middle of the day, having long lies or waking up super early, going to bed super early or into the wee hours of the morning. Have you been watching netflix all nifht and slept all day and eaten popcorn for breakfast? Or is that just me?
This session will take us back into our own energies and let us reset and realign with the natural flow of light and dark/night and day/fast and slow and let us get back to a rhythm that makes us powerful and effective in achieving what we want to with our days.
We will start with introductions (if you want to) and then a short guided meditation to set the energy and then we will do a longer guided meditation focusing on allowing for a return to us. The we will talk about what we want to achieve and how that might feel before heading into a longer guided meditation.

This class will be hosted on zoom and details will be sent to you on booking - please make sure you have downloaded zoom before the event to ensure you can gain access. You do not need to join with video if you prefer no to.
