Guided Meditation is a gentle way to be able to address our ability to relax and let go.
These sessions will be tailored to you and your needs and will be written individually and recorded so that you can use them again and again. There will be a short questionnaire sent to you prior to your session which must be completed and returned at least 24 hours prior to your session.
Once booked an appointment will be arranged if you want an Online booking. This will consist of a Skype or Zoom call which will be similar to us meeting in person for the treatment. Please be somewhere quiet, private and comfortable and that you will be fully supported to relax and enjoy the meditation. A couch, armchair or on top of your bed are all ideal. The session will be live and I will also record it for you to be used again.
If you prefer an Offline session this will be recorded and sent to you within 3 working days. Again this will be fully tailored to your own needs and can be used again and again.
